Stephen Berman to Speak at 2016 insideARM Conference

will speak at the 4th Annual insideARM Larger Market Participant Summit. Mr. Berman will co-present
ESOPs with NCB President and CEO Marcelo Aita.
Berman will address the financial and technical aspects of implementing ESOPs as they relate to owners of accounts receivable management companies, and Aita will speak to the impact and benefits an ESOP has had on his business and NCB's employees. The session will include an engaging discussion on the mechanics of establishing an ESOP, how an ESOP sale works, and the broader effects that an ESOP has had on NCB, its management team and its employees.
